      Rabindranath Tagore   He was a bengali polymath reshaped bengali literature and music, as well indian art with Contextual Modernism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Rabindranath Tagore Early life: 1861 - 1878 (Part 1)

       The youngest of thirteen surviving children, Tagore was born in 7 May 1861 in the Jorsankan mansion in Calcutta in Debendranath Tagore and Sarada Devi.         Tagore was raised mostly by servants his mother had died in earlier childhood and his father travelled widely. The Tagore family was at the forefront at the Bengal renaissance. They hosted the publication of literary magazines theaters and recital of Bengali and Western classical music featured there regurerly.
